Bray Industries is seeking driven, professional outside sales people to help bring our services to small businesses who need it the most. We are a small, family owned company with strong relationships with our clients. We develop and cultivate these relationships and this is important in how we bring on new members of our team, too.

Unlike many other website developers, we have over fifteen years' experience in our work. We have watched the web grow, and we've grown with it, too. We don't use technology for technology's sake, or promise our clients they will make millions if they just get on the web. We provide reliable, quality, well-thought out and well-planned website development, custom software solutions, graphic design and printed collateral design services. We become invested in our clients' success. We operate our business with integrity and compassion and expect the same of our representatives.

We do not want high pressure sales staff.

Our commission-only positions pay as follows, based on the setup fee or graphic design fee, for sales in a given calendar month:

• 10% for 1-5 new clients
• 15% for 6-10 new clients
• 20% for 11+ new clients

We will be contracting one Website Sales Representative for each of the following territories:

• Poplar Bluff, Missouri
• Cape Girardeau, Missouri
• Dexter, Missouri
• Sikeston, Missouri
• Wappapello, Missouri

We may be open to sales positions in the following cities with a strong recommendation from someone we know and trust:

• Austin Metropolitan Area, Texas
• Kerrville/Fredericksburg, Texas
• Beaumont, Texas
• Orange, Texas
• Mid County, Texas

Responsibilities

• Identifying leads and cold calling prospective clients
• Making appointments and meeting with prospective clients
• Identifying prospective client needs
• Offer suitable solutions based on our product selection
• Close sales
• Return client payments and contracts to sign back to Bray Industries
• Report sales contacts weekly

Requirements

You will need to provide your own:

• Vehicle in good repair, driver's license, clean driving record and current insurance
• Mobile phone
• Internet access
• Business casual wardrobe
• Laptop helpful, but not required

Experience

• 2 years sales experience - Technology or website sales experience not absolutely required but highly preferred
• 3 business references
• College degrees do not substitute for experience but relevant degrees may be considered an asset

Skills
